EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

(Junior Technician - M/S CARMINE)

Yeh Employment Agreement ("Agreement") aaj ke din __________ 20__, ko banaya gaya hai,

DARMIYAN:

M/s Carmine, aik company jo Pakistan ke qawaneen ke tehat register hai, jis ka registered daftar: Office No. 113, First Floor, Khaleej Tower, Jail Road, Lahore, Pakistan hai (jisay aage "Company" kaha jaye ga),

AUR

Mr. __________________, CNIC No. __________________ sakin ____________________________________________________ (jisay aage "Employee" kaha jaye ga).

1. POSITION & APPOINTMENT

Company Employee ko Technician (Vehicle Tracking Systems) ke taur par muqarar karti hai.

2. PLACE OF WORK

Employee ki tainaati M/s Carmine ki Gujrat Branch mein hogi.

3. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Employee darj-zail zimaydariyon ka paband hoga:

Gariyon mein GPS tracking devices ki installation

Install ki gayi devices ki troubleshooting aur maintenance

Tracking systems ki sahi wiring, fitting, aur testing

Installation ki quality aur safety standards ko yaqeeni banana

Installation ki tafseelat aur device status ki reporting karna

Diye gaye auzar (tools) aur equipment ko zimaydari se sambhalna

Zaroorat parne par client ki locations par jana

Branch management aur technical team ke sath rabta rakhna

4. SALARY & BENEFITS

Mahana Tankhwa (Monthly Salary): PKR 18,000

Incentives: Company ki policy ke mutabiq

5. WORKING HOURS

Employee rozana 8 ghante aur hafte mein 7 din kaam karega, aur usay installation ke liye izafi ghante kaam karne ya safar karne ki zaroorat par sakti hai.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

Employee naukri ke dauran ya baad mein company ya customer ka data, tracking ki maloomat, ya system access ki tafseelat zahir nahi karega.

7. COMPANY PROPERTY & TOOLS

Tamam tools, devices, SIMs, aur muhayya kiya gaya saman Company ki malkiyat rahega.

Kisi bhi kism ke nuqsan ya gum hone ki soorat mein foran report karna lazmi hai.

Employee marammat (repair) ya replacement ki keemat ada karne ka zimaydar hoga.

8. MISCONDUCT & TERMINATION

Darj-zail suraton mein fori barkhastagi (termination) ho sakti hai:

Dhoka dahi (Fraud) ya chori

Jan boojh kar devices ya gariyon ko nuqsan pahunchana

Ghalat installation ki wajah se nuqsan hona

Ghair-kanuni side work ya private installations karna

Clients ke sath bad-tameezi karna

9. SPECIAL STRICT CLAUSES

9.1 SIM USAGE & PTA COMPLIANCE

Tamam SIMs sirf company ki installations ke liye istemal honi chahiye aur sahi tarah register honi chahiye. Kisi bhi ghalat ya ghair-kanuni istemal ki soorat mein poori zimaydari Employee par hogi, bashamool jurmano ki wasooli.

9.2 DEVICE LOSS / DAMAGE

Ghalat installation, laparwahi, ya bad-ihtiyati ki wajah se kharab hone wali kisi bhi device ka nuqsan poori tarah Employee se wasool kiya jaye ga.

9.3 INSTALLATION LIABILITY

Employee darj-zail ka zimaydar hoga:

Installation ke dauran gari ka koi bhi nuqsan

Koi bhi short circuit ya wiring ki kharabi

Ghalat installation jis se device nakara ho jaye

Tamam nuqsanat kabile-wasool honge.

9.4 SOFTWARE ACCESS RESTRICTION

Employee tracking software ka ghalat istemal nahi karega aur na hi login credentials share karega. Is ki khilaf-warzi par naukri se nikaala ja sakta hai aur kanooni karwai ki ja sakti hai.

9.5 CASH HANDLING RESTRICTION

Employee jab tak tehreeri taur par ijazat na ho, customer se seedha payment wasool nahi karega. Kisi bhi ghair-majaza wasooli ko fraud tasawar kiya jaye ga.

9.6 RECOVERY & LEGAL ENFORCEMENT

Company nuqsanat ko tankhwa se wasool kar sakti hai ya zaroorat parne par kanooni karwai kar sakti hai.

10. NOTICE PERIOD (UPDATED)

Dono mein se koi bhi party 30 (tees) din ka tehreeri notice de kar ya us ke badle tankhwa ada kar ke is Agreement ko khatam kar sakti hai.

11. GOVERNING LAW

Yeh Agreement Pakistan ke qawaneen ke tehat hoga.

12. ACCEPTANCE

Gawah ke taur par, dono parties ne is Agreement par dastakhat kar diye hain.
