I hereby inform that I have been assigned the responsibility of Class Representative (CR) for both B.Sc. Computer Science (CS) and Computer Science with Mathematics (CSM) classes. I accept this role with full dedication and seriousness.
As a CR, I will act as a link between students and faculty members. I will ensure that all important information, notices, assignments, and updates from teachers are communicated properly and on time to every student. I will also take responsibility for maintaining discipline, coordination, and cooperation within both classes.
I assure that I will perform my duties sincerely and responsibly. I will handle all assigned tasks, whether academic or administrative, to the best of my ability. I will also try to solve students’ issues by conveying them to the concerned teachers and ensuring proper follow-up.
I understand that this role requires commitment, leadership, and accountability. Therefore, I promise to carry out every task given to me with honesty, dedication, and efficiency for the betterment of both CS and CSM classes.
