It has been noted that the letter from Parsian Hospital IVF ward states the embryo transfer date as 25 December 2026, while the medical birth certificate indicates 13 June 2025. I would like to confirm that these discrepancies occurred solely during the translation process.
The original medical documents contain the correct information. However, due to translation errors, incorrect dates were mistakenly reflected in some of the translated versions.
Following careful review and verification against the original medical records and supporting documentation, I confirm that the correct and accurate date of embryo transfer is 12 June 2025, as consistently shown in the original documents and other supporting evidence.
